This Privacy Policy describes how Teeme Ära Sihtasutus (registry code 90010442, address Telliskivi tn 60a, Põhja-Tallinna district, Tallinn city, Harju county, Estonia 10412) (hereinafter LDI) processes personal data in connection with the Let’s Do It World application (hereinafter LDI App).


1. Types of personal data and aims of processing personal data

We collect and use personal data to be able to provide users the best services via the LDI App, to assess the use and improve the LDI App over time. When users register and configure an account on LDI App, users provide some basic personal information:

Users full names are included in a public directory on the LDI App, on users profile page and in the search results. By default any other information about the user is not disclosed on public profile. User can change his/her username.


Additional Information:

Users can provide us additional information that can be public on their profile, for example, users location, a picture; other additional information (for example, favorite brands, favourite music, favourite movies or actors, etc) will not be public, unless the user has changed the settings accordingly. We may use user’s email to send them information about our services or for marketing purposes through partners or sponsors. Users can use their account settings to stop marketing notifications by LDI or by authorized third parties. Privacy settings allow you to control if other users can search you through your email. Users can upload their address book to other social networks so we can help users to find others LDI App users.



We use cookies and other similar technologies to collect additional data on the use of the website and to improve our services.


Log Data:

Our servers automatically record information ( "Log Data" ) created using the LDI App. The Log Data may include information such as users IP address, type of Internet browser used, operative system, referring web page, visited web pages, location, users telephone operator ID and device applications, search terms, and cookies information. We receive the Log Data when users interact with the LDI App, for example, when users visit our website, access to our services, interact with our email notifications. LDI uses the Log Data not only to provide our services, but also to evaluate, customize and improve them.


2. Processing personal data

LDI will make every reasonable effort to ensure the secure collection, transmission and storage of personal data provided by users. LDI has implemented appropriate physical, technical, and organisational measures for the protection of the data.


LDI does not disclose users personal information with the exception of limited circumstances described herein. LDI will not transfer personal data to countries that are neither in the European Union/European Economic Area nor in the list of countries recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection of personal data without the prior consent of the user.


User’s Consent:

We may share or disclose users information with their consent, for example when users authorize the access to their LDI App account by a web client or a third party application.


Service providers:

Third party service providers may be responsible for certain parts of the functioning of the LDI App. We may share users personal information with these third party service providers according with the confidentiality obligations under this Privacy Policy.


Law and damage:

We can preserve, and disclose user personal information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request, to protect the safety of a person, to combat fraud, technical problems or safety or to protect LDI rights or property. However, no clause of this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defense or claim that users may have against a third party, including any requests for disclosure of user’s personal information by public authorities.


Transfer of the business:

In case LDI is involved in a bankruptcy procedure, in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of its assets, users information may be sold or transferred as part of its operation. This Privacy Policy will be applied to users information transferred to the new entity.


3. Statement changes

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy. The most current version of the information will govern our use of users information and will always be available in this section. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will inform users with an update email to the address associated with user’s account. If you continue to access or use the LDI App after the entry into force of such changes, you agree to be bound from the amended Privacy Policy.
